Grilling method involves direct & dry heat that is usually 260 degrees Celsius and food is prepared within few minutes. Grilling can be done with the help of electric grilling ovens, charcoals or wood. Meat takes couple of hours to be ready to eat as per its internal desired temperature.


Oven is used to BBQ food under this process. It allows an open flame involved in cooking and makes cooking food items easier than ever. BBQ or baking can also be attained by the help of traditional ovens. It can be used to bake breads, meats, desserts etc. This method uses direct and indirect form of heat that surround the food items with hot air to cook with perfection and the BBQ food taste same like grilled food items.   Moreover, there are certain health benefits that you get from BBQ and grilled foods as they are more tasty and delicious as well.
