- Chicken (boneless) 300g

- Butter 3 tbsp

- Onion (chopped) half

- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

- Whole Cumin 1 tsp

- Green Chili 2 pieces

- Salt as per taste

- White Pepper Powder 1 tbsp

- Cumin Powder 1 tsp

- Coconut (crushed) 1 tbsp

- Almond (crushed) 1 tbsp

- Chicken Stock half cup

- Cream 2 tbsp

- Yogurt 2 tbsp

Cooking Method

1- In a cooking pan, add butter and melt it.

2- Now, add onion, ginger garlic paste, whole cumin, green chili and cook for a while.

3- After that, add chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes.

4- Next, add salt, white pepper powder, cumin powder, yogurt, almond and cook for 2-3 minutes.

5- Afterward, add chicken stock and steam for 3-4 minutes.

6- Now add cream and use green coriander for garnishing.

اجزاء ۔ چکن (بون لیس) 300گرام ۔ مکھن تین کھانے کے چمچ ۔ ادرک لہسن پیسٹ ایک کھانے کا چمچ ۔ ثابت زیرہ ایک چائے کا چمچ ۔ سفید مرچ پاؤڈر ایک کھانے کا چمچ ۔ زیرہ پاؤڈر ایک چائے کا چمچ ۔ کوکو نٹ کُٹا ہوا ایک کھانے کا چمچ ۔ کریم دو کھانے کے چمچ ۔ بادام کُٹے ہوئے ایک کھانے کا چمچ ۔ دہی دو کھا نے کے چمچ ۔ ہری مر چ دو عدد ۔ پیاز (چوپ کی ہوئی) آدھی ۔ نمک حسبِ ذائقہ ۔ چکن یخنی آدھا کپ ترکیب ۔ ایک پین میں مکھن ڈال کر گرم کر لیں۔ ۔ اب اس میں پیاز، ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ، ثابت زیرہ اور ہری مرچ ڈال کر ہلکا سا پکا لیں۔ ۔ اب اس میں چکن ڈال کر دو سے تین منٹ تک پکا لیں۔ ۔ اب اس میں نمک، سفید مرچ پاؤڈر، زیرہ پاؤڈر، دہی، بادام اور کوکونٹ ڈال کر دو سے تین منٹ تک پکا لیں۔ ۔ اب اس میں چکن یخنی ڈال کر چار سے پانچ منٹ تک دم دیں۔ ۔ اب اس میں کریم ڈال لیں اورہرا د ھنیابطور گارنش استعمال کر لیں۔ آپکی مزے دار مرغ مکھنی تیار ہے۔ پکانے کا وقت : 30-25 منٹ افراد: 3
