500 gm Beef Mince
700 gm Guard Rice
1 TBSP Ginger Paste
3 Green Chili
5 gm Mint
5 gm Green Coriander
Salt (As Needed)
2 TBSP Red Chili Powder
2 TSP Garam Masala Powder
2 TSP Cumin Powder
2 TSP Coriander Powder
1 TBSP Whole Cumin
Half cup Cooking Oil
1 TBSP Ginger Garlic Paste
6 Tomato Puree
1 TSP Turmeric
1 TBSP Kasoori Methi
½ TSP Yellow Color
1 Large Cup Mutton stock
Water (As Needed)
Green Coriander, Mint, Green Chili, Tomato, Lemon (for Granishing)
1- In a bowl, add rice, water and soak for 20 minutes. After that boil it.
2- Next, In another bowl, add beef mince, onion (2), ginger paste, green chili, mint, green coriander, salt, red chili powder (1 TBSP), garam masala powder (1 TSP), cumin powder (1 TSP), coriander powder (1 TSP), whole cumin and mix them.
3- Keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
4- Now, make kabab with beef mixture and fry until golden brown.
5- Now, in a pan, add cooking oil (3 TBSP), onion (1), ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, salt, turmeric, red chili powder (1 TBSP), cumin powder (1 TSP), coriander powder (1 TSP), garam masala powder (1 TSP), Kasoori Methi, and cook for 5-7 minutes. Then add fried kebabs and cook
6- Add Garnish & Cook for a while
7- Now, add Water, Salt, Cooking oil boiled Guard Rice in a pan then boil.
8- Add prepared kababs in another pan, also add boiled rice at these kababs. Repeat the process then add garnish
9- Now add yellow food color, Beef Stock and simmer for 10-12 minutes on low flame.
Your tasty Beef Kabab Biryani now ready to serve
