How to make Special Chicken Biryani Recipe
- Chicken 500g
- Rice 500g
- Cooking Oil 4 tbsp
- Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Cumin 2 tbsp
- Green Chili 6 pieces
- Whole Hot Spices 5 g
- Salt as per taste
- Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
- Red Chili Crushed 1 tbsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Tomato 300g
- Yogurt half cup
- Plum 6 pieces
- Hot Water half liter
- Ginger, coriander, green chili, lemon for garnishing
- Hot Spice powder 1 tsp
- Yellow Color ¼ tsp
1- In a cooking pot, add 2 tbsp cooking oil, ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp, cumin, green chili, whole hot spices and fry it until light brown.
2- Next, add chicken and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
3- Now, add salt, red chili powder, red chili crushed, cumin powder, coriander powder, tomato, yogurt, plum and steam it for 8-10 minutes. Chicken gravy is ready.
4- In a cooking pot, add and boil hot water, cooking oil 2tbsp, cumin, salt, ginger, green chili, coriander, lemon.
5- Now add rice and cook it until the water remains in a small quantity. Afterward, add hot water, hot spice powder, cooked chicken, yellow color. Use ginger, green chili, coriander, lemon for garnishing and steam it 12-15 minutes.
Your tasty Special Murgh Biryani is ready to serve.
