  • Prawn 500g
  • Vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 2tbsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Yellow Color ½ tsp
  • Cumin Crushed 1 tbsp
  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  • Hot Spices Powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • Cooking Oil 2 tbsp
  • Almond Cashew Crushed 2 tsp
  • Ginger & Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
  • Mustard Paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp
Method
  1. In a pot, add and marinate prawn, vinegar, ginger & garlic paste. Keep in the refrigerator for an hour.
  2. After that wash it and dry.
  3. In another pot, add yogurt, salt, yellow color, cumin, coriander powder, hot spices, lemon juice, cooking oil, almond, cashew crushed, ginger & garlic paste, mustard paste, tomato ketchup and mix it well.
  4. Now add prawn in this paste and marinate it. Keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Now grill it on a grill pan.
  6. Your tasty Grilled Prawn now ready to serve.

  • کھانے کاتیل دو کھانے کے چمچ
  • بادام کاجو پسے ہوئے دو چائے کے چمچ
  • ادرک لہسن پیسٹ دو کھانے کے چمچ
  • مسٹرڈ پیسٹ ایک کھا نے کا چمچ
  • ٹماٹو کیچپ دو کھانے کے چمچ

ترکیب
ایک برتن میں جھینگے لیں اس میں سرکہ ادرک لہسن پیسٹ ڈ ال کراچھی طرح ملا لیں اور ایک گھنٹہ فریج میں رکھنے کے بعد پانی سے دھو کر خشک کر لیں ۔
اب ایک برتن میں دہی لیں اس میں نمک ،پیلا رنگ ،زیرہ کُٹا ہوا ،دھنیا پاؤڈر ،گرم مصا لحہ ،لیمو ں کا رس ،کھانے کا تیل ،بادام کاجو پسے ہوئے،ادرک لہسن پیسٹ ، مسٹرڈ پیسٹ اور ٹماٹو کیچپ ڈا ل کر ملا لیں اب اس میں جھینگے ڈال کراچھی طرح ملا ئیں اور تیس منٹ کے لیے فریج میں رکھ دیں ۔اب گِرل پین پر کھانے کا تیل لگا کر جھینگوں کوگِرل کر لیں ۔آپکی مزیدار گرلڈ پرو ن(جھینگا) تیا ر ہے ۔
