Ingredients for Finger Fish

  • Finger fish boneless 400g
  • Salt as required
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Superfine flour 2 tbsp
  • Mustard 1 tbsp
  • White pepper powder 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1pc
  • Bread Crumbs (as required)
  • Carrot (chopped) ½ tsp
  • Cucumber (chopped) ½ tsp
  • Green onion (chopped) ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 6 tbsp

Method For Finger Fish

Make long pieces of 400g fish. Take a fish in a pot and add salt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, superfine flour, mustard, white pepper powder, corn flour and egg and mix it thoroughly and refrigerate it for 20-25 minutes. Now add a coating of bread crumb on fish and fry it. Your finger fish is ready.Tartar sauce: Carrot (chopped), Cucumber (chopped), Green onion (chopped), Lemon juice and Mayonnaise and mix it thoroughly. Serve the finger fish along with tartar sauce.

  • نمک حسبِ ذائقہ
  • لیموں کا رس تین کھانے کے چمچ
  • ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ ایک کھانے کا چمچ

  • مسٹرڈ ایک کھانے کا چمچ

  • بریڈ کرم حسبِ ضرورت
  • چوپ گاجر آدھا چائے کا چمچ
  • چوپ کوکمبر آدھا چائے کا چمچ
  • چوپ ہرا پیاز آدھا چائے کا چمچ
  • لیموں کا رس ایک کھانے کا چمچ
  • مایو نیز چھ کھانے کے چمچ

ترکیب

چار سو گرام مچھلی کے لمبے لمبے ٹکڑے کر لیں۔ایک برتن میں فش لیں اس میں نمک ،لیموں کا رس ،ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ ، میدہ ، مسٹرڈ ،سفید مرچ پاؤڈر، کارن فلور ،اور انڈا ڈال کر اسے اچھی طرح مکس کر لیں اور بیس سے پچیس مِنٹ کے لیے فریج میں رکھ دیں ۔اب فش کو بریڈ کرم لگا لیں ۔اب تیار شدہ فش کو فرائی کر لیں ۔آپکی مزیدار فنگر فش تیار ہے ۔
ٹاٹر سوس :چوپ گاجر ،چوپ کوکمبر ،چوپ ہرا پیاز ،لیموں کا رس اور مایو نیز ڈال کر مکس کر لیں۔
