Ingredients for Lahore Fried Fish:

    300 gm Fish
    1 Egg
    Salt (As Needed)
    2 tsp Red Chili Crushed
    1 tsp Coriander Crushed
    1 tsp White Cumin
    3 tsp Gram Flour
    2 tsp Maida Flour
    2 tsp Corn Flour
    1/4 tsp Yellow Food Color
    2 tsp Lemon Juice
    1 & 1/2 tsp Ginger & Garlic water
    1/4 tsp Ajwain
    1 tsp Hot spices

Instructions for Lahore Fried Fish:

1- Cut fish into small pieces. Wash it after cover it well with salt and lemon juice.
2- In a pot, add it with egg. After that add and mix salt, red chili crushed, coriander crushed, white cumin, hot spices, gram flour, maida flour, corn flour, yellow color, lemon juice, water of ginger & garlic, Ajwain.
3- Keep it for 15-20 minutes at room temperature.
4- In a cooking pot, add cooking oil and fry the marinated fish until light brown.
5- Your tasty Lahori Fried Fish is now ready to serve.

لاہوری فرائیڈ فِش اجزاء ۔ مچھلی ۳۰۰ گرام ۔ انڈا ایک عدد ۔ نمک حسبِ ذائقہ ۔ لال مرچ کُٹی ہوئی دو چائے کے چمچ ۔کُٹا ہوا دھنیا ایک چائے کا چمچ ۔سفید زیرہ ایک چائے کا چمچ ۔بیسن تین چائے کے چمچ ۔میدہ دو چائے کے چمچ ۔کورن فلور دو چائے کے چمچ ۔ییلو فوڈ کلر ۴؍۱ چائے کا چمچ ۔لیموں کا رس دو چائے کے چمچ ۔ادرک لہسن کا پانی ڈیڑھ چائے کے چمچ ۔اجوائن ۴؍۱ چائے کا چمچ ۔گرم مصالہ ایک چائے کا چمچ لاہوری فرائیڈ فِش ترکیب تین سو گرام مچھلی کے چھوٹے چھوٹے ٹکڑے کر لیں۔اچھی طرح نمک اور لیمن جوس لگا کر دھو لیں۔مچھلی کو برتن میں ڈال کر انڈا ڈال دیں اسکے بعد نمک ،لال مرچ کُٹی ہوئی ،دھنیا کُٹا ہوا ، سفید زیرہ،گرم مصالحہ ،بیسن ،میدہ ،کارن فلور ،پیلا رنگ ،لیموں کا رس،ادرک لہسن کا پانی،اور اجوائن ڈال کر مِکس کر لیں پندرہ سے بیس مِنٹ رکھنے کے بعد کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کر کے مصالحہ لگی مچھلی کو گرم تیل میں ڈال کر لائیٹ براؤن ہونے تک فرائی کریں اور مزیدار لاہوری فرائیڈ فِش تیار ہے ۔ [easy_media_download url="" force_dl="1"]
