Ingredients for Lahore Fried Fish:
- Fish 300g
- Egg 1pc
- Salt as per taste
- Red Chili Crushed 2 tsp
- Coriander Crushed 1 tsp
- White Cumin 1 tsp
- Gram Flour 3 tsp
- Maida Flour 2 tsp
- Corn Flour 2 tsp
- Yellow Color ¼ tsp
- Lemon Juice 2 tsp
- Ginger & Garlic water 1-½ tsp
- Ajwain ¼ tsp
- Hot spices 1 tsp
Method for for Lahore Fried Fish:
1- Cut fish into small pieces. Wash it after cover it well with salt and lemon juice.
2- In a pot, add it with egg. After that add and mix salt, red chili crushed, coriander crushed, white cumin, hot spices, gram flour, maida flour, corn flour, yellow color, lemon juice, water of ginger & garlic, Ajwain.
3- Keep it for 15-20 minutes at room temperature.
4- In a cooking pot, add cooking oil and fry the marinated fish until light brown.
5- Your tasty Lahori Fried Fish is now ready to serve.
