1- In a cooking pan, add almond, cashew, salt and roast for a while.
2- Start of by slicing open each dates in half and removing the seeds.
3- Stuff each date with one toasted almond or cashew and squeeze them shut as best as you can.
After that secure the opening of the dates with a toothpick this will make it easy to dip them in the chocolate afterwards
4- Now, add chocolate in a bowl, coconut oil and oven bake for a minutes until it become melt.
5- Once it's melt start dipping the stuffed dates in the chocolate sauce. Dip one date at a time then place it in a piece of a parchment paper
6- Then top with desiccated coconut, chopped pistachio and cashew.
