Ingredients - Milk 4 cups - Sugar 3 cups - Pistachio crushed 15g - Almond crushed 15g - Cardamom Powder 1 tsp - Paneer 1/2 kg - Water half cup Method 1- In a cooking pan, add milk, water, sugar (1.5 cup), pistachio, almond, cardamom powder and cook until thick. Rabri is ready now. 2- Now, make the balls of Paneer. 3- In a cooking pan, add water, sugar(1.5 cup) and cook it until it becomes sugar syrup. 4- Now, add paneer balls and cook for 12-15 minutes. 5- Now, strain the balls and dip into fresh water and then cold water to make them cool and repeat this step. 6- In a bowl, add rabri, paneer balls and keep in the refrigerator for an hour. 7- Use pistachio, almond for garnishing. ترکیب
۔ایک برتن میں دودھ لیں اور اس میں پانی ،چینی ،پستہ ،بادام اور اِلائچی پاؤڈر ڈال کر گاڑھا ہونے تک پکائیں ۔
۔اب پنیر لے کر اسکی بالز بنا لیں ۔
۔اب ایک پین میں پانی اور چینی ڈا ل کر شیرا بنا لیں اور تیار کی ہوئی بالز کو اس میں ڈال کر بارہ سے پندرہ منٹ تک پکا ئیں ۔
۔اب بالز کو نکا ل کر ٹھنڈے پانی میں ڈ پ کر کے نچوڑ لیں اوریہ عمل دہرا لیں ۔
۔اب ایک باؤل میں تیار کی گئی دودھ کی ربڑی لیں اور اس میں بالز رکھ کردوبارہ ربڑی ڈا ل کر ایک گھنٹے کیلیے فریج میں رکھ دیں ۔
۔اب پستہ اور بادام کو بطور گارنش استعمال کر لیں ۔

Rasmalai Recipe

  1. You can either buy paneer from dairy/sweet stores or make paneer at home. Below is the procedure to make paneer at home:
    1. Boil milk
    2. When the milk starts boiling, add the lemon juice or vinegar.
    3. As soon the milk completely curdles, remove from fire.
    4. Strain the milk in the cheesecloth.
    5. Drain the whey.
    6. Collect the cheesecloth together with the coagulated milk shreds tightly.
    7. Place it on a plate and keep a heavy weight on top of the cheesecloth.
    8. Check after 30-40 minutes.
    9. The paneer would be set.
    10. Once warm or cooled cut paneer into cubes or any shape.
    11. You can also refrigerate the paneer. keep it in an air tight container or immerse the paneer block in a bowl of water and keep in the fridge.
    12. Paneer stays fresh for 3-4 days.
