  • How to make Sheer Khurma Recipe

    Ingredients for Sheer Khurma:

  • 1 liter Milk

  • 25 gm Cashew

  • 25 gm Raisin

  • 25 gm Almond

  • 25 gm Pistachio

  • 25 gm Melon Seeds

  • 1/2 cup Desi Ghee

  • 6 pieces Cardamoms

  • 4 pieces Clove

  • 100 gm Sweet Makhana

  • 50 gm Coconut

  • 100 gm Phaniyan

  • 100 gm Vermicelli

  • 1 cup Sugar

  • 25 gm Walnut

  • 50 gm Khoya

  • ½ tsp Kewra Water

  • 150 gm Tutti Frutti (Red & Green Ashrafi)

    Instruction for Sheer khurma:

    1- In a pan, add milk and bring it to boil.

    2- In another pan, add desi ghee, cardamom, clove, dry fruits, sweet makhana, coconut, chaar mughz, boiled milk, vermicelli, phaniyan, sugar and cook for 8-10 minutes.

    3- Now, add khoya, tutti frutti(Red & Green Ashrafi's) and cook for a while.

    4- Now, add kewra water.

    Your delicious sheer khurma now ready to serve.

    Cooking time: 25-30 minutes

دیسی گھی آدھا کپ
چھوٹی اِلائچی چھ عدد
لونگ چار عدد
مخانے ایک سو گرام
ناریل پچیس گرام
پھینیاں ایک سو گرام
سویاں ایک سو گرام
چینی ایک کپ
اخروٹ پچیس گرام
کھویا پچاس گرام
کیوڑا واٹر آدھا چائے کا چمچ
ٹوٹی فروٹی ایک سو پچاس گرام

۔ایک پین میں دودھ لے کر اُبال لیں ۔
۔اب ا یک پین میں دیسی گھی لیں اور اس میں چھوٹی اِلائچی ،لونگ ،میوہ جات ،مخانے ،ناریل ،پکا ہوا دودھ ،پھینیاں ،سوّیاں ،چینی ،اخروٹ اور کھویاڈا ل کر آٹھ سے دس منٹ تک پکا لیں ۔
۔اب اس میں کیوڑا واٹر ڈال کر گارنش کر لیں۔
