Ingredients:

- 1 liter Milk

- 25g Cashew

- 25g Raisin

- 25g Almond

- 25g Pistachio

- 25g Melon Seeds

- Half cup Desi Ghee

- 6 Cardamom

- 4 Clove

- 100g Sweet Makhana

- 50g Coconut

- 100g Phaniyan

- 100g Vermicelli

- 1 cup Sugar

- 25g Walnut

- 50g Khoya

- ½ tsp Kewra Water

- 150g Tutti Frutti

Cooking Method:

1- In a pan, add milk and bring it to boil.

2- In another pan, add desi ghee, cardamom, clove, maiwa, sweet makhana, coconut, chaar mughz, boiled milk, vermicelli, phaniyan, sugar and cook for 8-10 minutes.

3- Now, add khoya, tutti frutti and cook for a while.

4- Now, add kewra water.

Your delicious sheer khurma now ready to serve.

مخانے ایک سو گرام
ناریل پچیس گرام
پھینیاں ایک سو گرام
سویاں ایک سو گرام
چینی ایک کپ
اخروٹ پچیس گرام
کھویا پچاس گرام
کیوڑا واٹر آدھا چائے کا چمچ
ٹوٹی فروٹی ایک سو پچاس گرام
ترکیب
۔ایک پین میں دودھ لے کر اُبال لیں ۔
۔اب ا یک پین میں دیسی گھی لیں اور اس میں چھوٹی اِلائچی ،لونگ ،میوہ جات ،مخانے ،ناریل ،پکا ہوا دودھ ،پھینیاں ،سوّیاں ،چینی ،اخروٹ اور کھویاڈا ل کر آٹھ سے دس منٹ تک پکا لیں ۔
