Lab e Shireen Recipe in Urdu & English

Lab e Shireen is a rich, creamy and luscious Pakistani recipe which is eaten at many auspicious occasions like Eid, weddings and Iftar parties in Ramadan. There are many other traditional Pakistani dessert recipes like Shahi tukra, Ras malai, Shahi kheer, Mutanjan and Sooji ka halwa. Lab-e-Shireen is basically a custard and fruit based dessert which is highly refreshing and light. It is prepared by heating milk in a cooking pan. After that, custard powder is added to the heated milk and mixed well. Vermicelli, usually the thick ones are added then and cooked for five minutes. Following this, sugar and vanilla essence are added to the mix. Dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashews, raisins are also added. After letting it cool for around five minutes, an assortment of fruits which may include diced mangoes, bananas, grapes, chopped apple is poured into the mix. After garnishing with some jelly and dry fruits, the yummy lab e Shireen is ready to serve. Ingredients
- 1 liter Milk
- 2 Banana
- 150g Mango
- 100g Red Jelly
- ½ cup Custard Powder
- 100g Vermicelli
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Essence
- 50g Raisin
- 50g Almond Chopped
- 50g Pistachio Chopped
- ½ cup Cream
- 150g Fruits
Cooking Method:
1- In a pan, add milk and heat it for a while.
2- Now, add custard powder mixed with little milk.
3- Now, add vermicelli and cook for 5 minutes.
4- Now, add Sugar, vanilla essence, raisins, almonds, pistachio and cook for 2-3 minutes then cool it.
5- Now, add mix fruits, mango, banana, grapes, cream, red jelly, and mix it well.
Your tasty Lab-e-Shireen now ready to serve

ترکیب
۔اب ایک پین میں دودھ لے کر ہلکا سا پکا لیں ۔
۔اب اس میں کسٹرڈ پاؤڈرکو تھوڑے سے دودھ میں حل کر کے ڈال دیں ۔
۔اب اس میں سویاں ڈال دیں۔
۔ اب اس کو پانچ منٹ تک پکا لیں۔
۔اب اس میں چینی،ونیلا ایسنس ،کشمش،بادام ،پستہ ڈا ل کر دو سے تین منٹ تک پکا لیں اور ٹھنڈا کر لیں ۔
۔اب اس میں مکس فروٹس انگور، آم،کیلا،،کریم اور جیلی ڈال کر مکس کر کے گارنش کر لیں۔
