Ingredients for Goodmilk Shahi Kheer


- 1 liter
- Rice 100g
- Sugar 300g
- Khoya 50g
- Almond 50g
- Cashew 50g
- Pistachio 50g
- Cardamom 5g
- Cold Water 1 Cup
- Strawberry 50g

Method of Goodmilk Shahi Kheer


1- In a cooking pot, add goodmilk, rice, cardamom, pistachio, almonds, cashews, cold water and boil it.
2- Next, add sugar and cook it for 35-40 minutes on medium flame. Keep stirring during this process.
3- Afterward, add Khoya when it cooked well.
4- Now, keep it in the refrigerator to cool.
5- Use almond, cashew, pistachio and strawberry for garnishing.
6- Your delicious goodmilk Shahi Kheer now ready to serve.

    ترکیب
    ایک برتن میں گُڈ مِلک دودھ ڈالیں اور اس میں چاول ،چھوٹی اِلائچی،بادام، ٹھنڈا پانی ، کاجو اور پستہ ڈال کر اچھی طرح اُبال لیں ۔اب اس میں چینی ڈال کر پینتیس سے چالیس منٹ تک درمیانی آنچ پر پکا ئیں اور اس دوران اس میں چمچہ بھی ہلاتے رہیں ۔اب اس میں کھویا ڈال کر اچھی طرح ملا لیں۔اس کے بعداسے فریج میں رکھ کر ٹھنڈا کر لیں۔اب بادام ، کاجو، پستہ اور اسٹرابیری بطور گارنش استعمال کر لیں ۔ آپکی مزیدار گُڈ مِلک شاہی کھیر تیار ہے ۔
