Ingredients for Fried Ice Cream
- Vanilla ice cream 200g
- Egg 3 pieces
- Bread crumbs as required
- Chocolate syrup as needed
Method for Fried Ice Cream
Take the vanilla ice cream out by the ice cream scooper and a dip in the eggs, then cover it with bread crumb. Repeat this step three times.
Now keep these ice cream balls in the freezer for 30-35 minutes.
Now heat up the cooking oil and fry these balls until light brown but don’t fry longer.
Use Chocolate syrup as a garnish.
Your tasty fried ice cream
is ready to serve.
