How to make Sweet Potato Balls
- Sweet Potato 500g
- Egg 1 piece
- Water half cup
- Maida Flour 4 tbsp
- White Sesame half cup
- Sugar 4 tbsp
- Cooking Oil as needed
1- In a cooking pot, add water, sweet potato and boil it. After that let it cool down and grater it.
2- Now, add egg, sugar and mix it well then make balls.
3- In a bowl, add water, maida flour and mix it well. Paste is ready.
4- Now, dip the balls in maida paste and the cover it with sesame.
5- Next, deep fry these balls until golden brown.
Your tasty Sweet Potato Balls now ready to serve.
