- 10-15 Green Chili
- 1-1/2 cup Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 200g Chicken Boneless
- As per taste Salt
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Red Chili Crushed
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 5g Green Coriander
- 200g Mozzarella Cheese
- 1-1/2 cup Maida
- 3 Egg
- 1-1/2 cup Breadcrumbs Cooking Method:
1- Cut the green chilies in the middle and clean them.
2- Now, in a fry pan, add cooking oil, garlic paste, chicken cubes, salt, lemon juice, red chili crushed, cumin powder, green coriander and cook for a while.
3- Now fill the green chilies with cooked chicken and mozzarella cheese.
4- Now cover them with maida then dip into the eggs, then cover with breadcrumbs and repeat this procedure twice.
5- In a pan, add cooking oil and fry until golden brown
