Ingredients for Spicy Chicken Wings:
500 gm Chicken Wings
Salt (As Needed)
2 tsp Turmeric powder
4 tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
1 Egg
3 tbsp Lemon Juice
4 tbsp Corn Flour
6 tsp Maida Flour
1 tsp White Cumin
6 tsp Red Chili Crushed
1 tsp White Cumin Powder
1 tsp Hot Spices
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
Instructions for Chicken Spicy Wings:
1. In a cooking pot, add water, chicken wings, salt 1 tsp, turmeric 1 tsp, ginger & garlic paste 2 tsp and boil it for 2-3 minutes.
2- In another pot, add and mix well boiled chicken wings, egg, lemon juice, ginger & garlic paste 2 tsp, corn flour, maida flour, white cumin, red chili crushed, coriander powder, hot spices, turmeric 1 tsp.
3- Then deep fry the marinated chicken wings in the cooking oil for 5-7 minutes.

چکن وِنگز اجزاء ۔چکن وِنگز ۵۰۰ گرام ۔نمک حسبِ ذائقہ ۔ہلدی دو چائے کے چمچ ۔ادرک لہسن ( پیسٹ) چار چائے کے چمچ ۔انڈا ایک عدد ۔لیموں کا رس تین کھانے کے چمچ ۔کارن فلور چارچائے کے چمچ ۔میدہ چھ چائے کے چمچ ۔سفید زیرہ ایک چائے کا چمچ ۔لال مرچ(کُٹی ہوئی) چھ چائے کے چمچ ۔سفید زیرہ (پیساہوا) ایک چائے کا چمچ ۔گرم مصالحہ ایک چائے کا چمچ ۔دھنیا پِسا ہوا ایک چائے کا چمچ چکن وِنگز ترکیب ایک برتن میں پانی ڈالیں چکن ونگزِ، نمک ایک چائے کا چمچ، ہلدی ایک چائے کا چمچ، ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ دو چائے کے چمچ ڈال کر دو سے تین منٹ تک اُبال لیں۔ چکن ونگزکو ایک بر تن میں ڈال کر انڈا ،لیموں کا رس ، ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ دو چا ئے کے چمچ، کارن فلور، میدہ،سفید زیرہ،لال مرچ کُٹی ہوئی،دھنیا پِسا ہوا ، سفید زیرہ پیساہوا، نمک،گرم مصالحہ اور ایک چائے کا چمچ ہلدی ڈال کر اچھی طرح مِلا لیں۔ایک بر تن میں آئل ڈال کر چکن وِنگز کو پانچ سے سات منٹ تک ڈیپ فرائی کر لیں۔ آپکی چکن وِنگز تیار ہیں۔ پکانے کا وقت: 35 منٹ ,افراد: 3-2و [easy_media_download url="" force_dl="1"]
