It is prepared with a soft outer layer known as the “roll patti” which resembles the tortilla, but is much softer in texture. It is then filled with various items like chicken, cheese, corn, cheese, vegetables like potatoes, cabbage, celery, onions, diced green chilies, bbq sauce, mustard sauce and ketchup etc. apart from chicken, other types of meat like beef and fish are sometimes used for the same purpose too. All types of cheese like cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese can be used for the preparation of the delectable stuffed chicken cheese roll recipe.

500 gm chicken
1 tbsp Ginger powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
Salt as needed
1 and ½ black pepper powder
30 gm Beans
1 carrot
20 gm green coriander
100 gm mozzarella cheese
½ cup Maida
1. Take boneless chicken and hit it with hammer
2. Now place ginger, garlic powder, salt, black pepper powder(1/2 tbsp), and keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes
3. Now take a bowl, add mozzarella cheese, beans, carrot, green coriander, black pepper powder(1tbsp), and mix them all
4. Now place this mixture at the marinated chicken and roll this
5. Now dip this roll in the water and Maida mixture and apply Maida again and deep fry them in the cooking oil until they changes into golden brown
6. Your tasty cheese rolls are ready to serve

اجزا ء چکن پانچ سو گرام ادرک پاؤڈر ایک کھانے کا چمچ لہسن پاؤڈر ایک کھانے کا چمچ نمک حسبِ ذائقہ کالی مرچ پاؤڈر ڈیڑھ کھانے کے چمچ مٹر تیس گرام گاجر ایک عدد سبز دھنیا بیس گرام موزریلہ چیز ایک سو گرام میدہ آدھا کپ ترکیب ۔چکن بونلیس لیں اور اس کو سلائس کٹنگ میں کاٹ کر ہیمر سے کُوٹ لیں ۔ ۔اب اس پر ادرک پاؤڈر ،لہسن پاؤڈر ،نمک،کالی مرچ پاؤڈر(آدھا کھانے کا چمچ)ڈال کر تیس منٹ تک فریج میں رکھ دیں ۔ ۔اب ایک باؤل میں موزریلہ چیز لیں اور اس میں مٹر ،گاجر،سبز دھنیا ،کالی مرچ پاؤڈر(ایک کھانے کا چمچ) ڈال کر مکس کر لیں ۔ ۔اب تیار کیے ہوئے چکن پر تیار کیاہوا مکسچر ڈال کرچکن کو رول کر لیں ۔ ۔اب رول کو پانی ملا میدہ میں ڈپ کریں اور پھر میدہ لگا کر کھانے کے تیل میں تیار کیے ہوئے رول ڈال کر گولڈن براؤن ہونے تک ڈیپ فرائی کرلیں ۔ ۔آپکے مزیدرا چکن چیز رول تیار ہیں ۔ پکا نے کا وقت: تیس منٹ افراد: تین عدد
