Ingredients for Chicken cheese samosa

  • 400 gm Chicken (Boneless)
  • Samosa strips as per required
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Ginger and garlic paste
  • 6 tbsp Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Corn grains
  • 1 tsp White cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Fenugreek
  • 2 tsp Green coriander
  • 2 Green onion
  • Cooking oil (A Needed)
  • 1 tsp Hot spices
  • 1 Egg

Directions

1- Add water in a pot as per your requirement with chicken boneless, 1tbsp salt, turmeric, ginger & garlic paste and boil it for eight to ten minutes till the chicken is properly cooked. Now chop the chicken into small pieces. 2- Add Salt ( but less in quantity as cheese also contain salt), cheese, corn grains, white cumin powder, coriander powder, fenugreek, hot spices, green coriander, green onion and mix it. 3- After mixing it properly, add it in samosa strips with eggs. Now put oil in the vessel and fry samosas till it is light brown. Your delicious chicken samosas are ready.
