- 2 Cup Maida
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp Yeast
- 1 Cup Water
- 2 Boiled Potato
- 1 Boiled Carrot
- 1 tsp Paprika powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 10 g Boiled Peas
- 10 g Boiled Lobia Daal
- 10 g Corn Seeds
- 1 tbsp Brown Onion
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp White Sesame
- 2 tbsp Black Sesame Cooking Method
1- In a bowl, add maida, salt, yeast, water and mix it well and keep in the room temperature for 10- 15 minutes. Dough is ready now.
2- In a bowl, add carrot, potato, salt, paprika, black pepper powder, peas, lobia, corn seeds, brown onion, and mash it well.
3- In a tray, add maida little bit, dough and roll it. Now divide into two pieces.
4- Now, add some butter between two doughs and roll it as chapatti.
5- Now, place the 4 cuts on the rolled chapatti to make triangle samosa patti.
6- Now, put some mixture on samosa patti and roll it.
7- Now, brush the egg on samosa and spread the white and black sesame seeds on it.
8- Oven bake for 15-20 minutes on 200 °C.
Your tasty Afghani Samosa now ready to serve.
