- 1 cup Desi Ghee
- 1 Onion
- 1 tbsp Whole White Cumin
- 1 tbsp Green Chili
- 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 700g Mutton
- As per taste Salt
- 1-1/2 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 cup Mutton Stock
- 5g Green Coriander
- 5g Ginger
- 1 tbsp Black Cumin
- 3 tsp Wheat Flour
Cooking Method
1- In a clay cooking pot, add desi ghee and bring to heat
2- Now, add onion, whole white cumin, green chili and cook until light brown
3- Now, add ginger garlic paste, mutton and cook for 2-3 minutes
4- Now, add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala powder and mix them well
5- Now, simmer for 35-40 minutes on low flame, then cook for 5-7 minutes
6- Now, add mutton stock, wheat flour mixed in water
7- Now, use green coriander, ginger, green chili for garnish

ترکیب
۔ایک مٹی کی ہانڈی لیں اور اس میں دیسی گھی ڈال کر گرم کر لیں۔
۔اب اس میں پیاز ،ثابت سفید زیرہ اور سبز مرچ ڈا ل کر لائٹ براؤن کر لیں ۔
۔اب اس میں ادرک لہسن پیسٹ اور مٹن ڈال کر دو سے تین منٹ پکا لیں ۔
۔اب اس میں نمک،لال مرچ پاؤڈر ،دھنیا پاؤڈر ،ہلدی اورگرم مصالحہ پاؤڈر ڈال کر مکس کرلیں ۔
۔اب اسے پینتیس سے چالیس منٹ تک ہلکی آنچ پر دم دے کر پانچ سے سا ت منٹ بھونائی کر لیں ۔
۔اب اس میں مٹن یخنی اورپانی ملا آٹا ڈال کرمکس کرلیں اور گاڑھا کر لیں ۔
۔اب اس پر سبز دھنیا ،ادرک اور سبز مرچ کی گارنش کر لیں ۔
