- 700g Chicken
- 1 Mehran Malai Boti Masala
- 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
- ¾ cup Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp Mehran Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp Mehran Garlic Paste
- 1 Onion
- 3 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 tbsp White Pepper Powder
- As per taste Mehran Salt
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Mehran Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Mehran Coriander Powder
- 2 Green Chilli
- For Garnishing Green Coriander
- 4 tbsp Almond Powder
- 3 tbsp Cream
1- In a bowl, add chicken, Mehran Malai Boti Masala, lemon juice, Mehran Garlic Paste (1/2 tbsp), Mehran Garlic Paste (1/2 tbsp), Cooking Oil (2 tbsp), Cream, Green Chilli, Almond Powder (2 tbsp) and mix it well.
2- Keep in the refrigerator for an hour and then cover them in the wooden skewers.
3- Now, in a pan, add cooking oil, marinated chicken and fry it.
4- Now, in a pan, add cooking oil (half cup), onion, Mehran Garlic Paste (1/2 tbsp), Mehran Garlic Paste (1/2 tbsp) and cook until light brown.
5- Now add fried chicken, yogurt, Mehran Salt, Mehran Coriander Powder, Mehran Cumin Powder, white pepper powder, green chilli, almond powder (2 tbsp), cream and cook for 5-7 minutes. After that simmer for 5 minutes.
6- Now cook for a while and use green coriander and butter for garnishing.
