Ingredients for Chicken Karahi

  • 500 gm Chicken
  • 4 tbsp Oil tbsp
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (chopped)
  • Salt (as required)
  • 4 Green chilies (chopped)
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp Red chili (Crushed)
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp Red chili (Chopped)
  • 1 tsp Fresh Coriander (Chopped)
  • 1 & 1/2 tbsp White cumin (Chopped)
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 250 gm Tomatoes

Method for Chicken Karahi

1- In a cooking pot add oil, garlic and ginger and fry till it gets lite brown then add chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • 2-Now add salt, green chili, red pepper powder, red chili chopped, coriander chopped, and cumin (chopped) and cook for 2-3 minutes then add black pepper (chopped) and tomato and leave it on a dum for 5-7 minutes on a low flame and keep checking during the process.
  • 3- Add garnish & yogurt
  • 4- Your tasty chicken karahi is ready now.

چکن کڑاہی ترکیب

پکانے والے برتن میں آئل، لہسن،ادرک ڈال کر لائٹ براؤن ہونے تک فرائی کریں پھر چکن ڈال کر دو سے تین منٹ پکائیں۔پھر نمک،ہری مرچ،لال مرچ پیسی ہوئی،لال مرچ کُٹی ہوئی،دھنیا کُٹا ہوا، زیرہ کُٹا ہوا ڈال کر دو سے تین منٹ پکائیں پھر کالی مرچ کُٹی ہوئی،ٹما ٹر ڈال کر پانچ سے سات منٹ کے لیے ہلکی آنچ پر دم پر رکھ دیں۔اور درمیان میں چیک کرتے رہیں۔
