Ingredients for Namkeen Karahi Recipe
- Mutton (large bone) 500g
- Fat 100g
- Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
- Tomato without skin 200g
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Coriander crushed 1 tsp
- Cumin crushed 1 tsp
- Salt as required
- Whole Red chili 8 piece
- Green chili 2 piece
- Cooking Oil 1 cup
Method for Namkeen Karahi Gosht
In a cooking pot, add cooking oil, fat and cook until light brown.
Now add mutton, yogurt, tomato, salt, garlic, whole red chili, coriander powder, cumin crushed, green chili crushed and steam for 30-35 minutes on low flame and check during this time.
After well cook, cook for 3-5 minutes on high flame.
Your tasty Namkeen karahi is ready to serve.
