Ingredients

- 3 tbsp Cooking Oil

- 1 tbsp Garlic Chopped

- 1 tbsp Ginger Chopped

- 3 Green Chili Chopped

- 1 tsp Whole Cumin

- 600g Chicken Mince

- 2 tbsp Yogurt

- As per taste Salt

- 1-1/2 tbsp Red Chili Crushed

- 1 tbsp Coriander Crushed

- 1 tbsp Cumin Crushed

- 1 tsp Dried Fenugreek

- 5g Green Coriander

- 6 Tomato (cube cutting)

- 1 tbsp Butter

- 1 tbsp Ginger

Cooking Method

1- In a pan, add cooking oil, garlic, ginger, green chili, whole cumin, chicken mince and cook for 2-3 minutes.

1- Now, add tomato, yogurt, salt, red chili crushed, coriander crushed, cumin crushed, dried fenugreek and simmer for 5 minutes, then cook for 2 minutes.

1- Now, use green coriander, green chili, tomato, butter, ginger for garnishing.

زیرہ کٹا ہوا ایک کھانے کا چمچ
سوکھی میتھی ایک چائے کا چمچ
سبز دھنیا پانچ گرام
ٹماٹر کیوب چھ عدد
مکھن ایک کھانے کا چمچ
ادرک ایک کھانے کا چمچ
ترکیب
۔ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل لیں اور اس میں لہسن ،ادرک ،سبز مرچ ،ثابت زیرہ اور چکن قیمہ ڈال کر دو سے تین منٹ تک بھُو نائی کر لیں ۔
۔اب اس میں ٹماٹر ،دہی،نمک،لال مر چ کُٹی ہوئی ،دھنیاکٹاہوا ،کُٹا ہوا زیرہ اورسوکھی میتھی ڈا ل کر پانچ منٹ تک دم دیں اور دو منٹ تک بھو ن لیں ۔
۔اب سبز دھنیا ،سبز مرچ ،ٹماٹر ،مکھن اور ادرک کی گارنش کر لیں ۔
