- Maida 300g
- Chicken Mince 500 g
- Salt as per taste
- Cooking Oil 1/2 cup

- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Red Chili Crushed 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Fresh Coriander chopped 5g Method
1- In bowl, add maida, salt, water and mix it well.
2- Now, Keep in the room temperature for 20 minutes.
3- In another bowl, add maida (6 tbsp), and add cooking oil (1/4)cup and make it paste.
4- In a cooking pan, add cooking oil 1/4 cup, onion and fry until light brown.
5- Now, add ginger garlic paste, salt, chicken mince, turmeric, red chili powder, red chili crushed, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder and cook for 2-3 minutes.
6- Now add water and steam for 5 minutes on low flame.
7- Now add green coriander for garnishing and cook for 2-3 minutes.
8- Now strain and dry it if water remain.
9- Now make the kachori by filling cooked chicken and fry in the cooking oil until golden brown.
