- Salt as per taste
- Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 cup
- Egg 1 piece
- Mustard Paste 1 tbsp
- Corn Flour 2 tbsp
- Ginger Powder 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder 1 tbsp
- Maida Flour 3 tbsp
- Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
- Cooking Oil as per need
- Breadcrumbs as per need
1- Place the deep cuts on Big Bird Chicken Legs and put it in a pot.
2- Now, add and marinate Chicken legs, salt, vinegar, ginger & garlic paste.
Keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
3- In a cooking pot, add hot water, marinated chicken and boil it for a while.
4- In another pot, add and marinate boiled chicken legs, salt, egg, mustard paste, ginger & garlic paste, corn flour, ginger powder, black pepper powder, Maida flour and chili sauce.
5- Keep in the refrigerator for 20-25 minutes.
6- Now, cover the marinated chicken legs with bread crumbs and fry in hot cooking oil until golden brown.
7- Your tasty Crispy Chicken Cried Legs is ready to serve.
