Easy Beef Pulao Recipe in English and Urdu

How to make Beef Pulao

Ingredients of Beef Stock

  • 600 g Beef
  • 5-7 Black Cardamom
  • 10 g Black Pepper
  • 4-5 Cinnamon sticks
  • 2 Bay Leaf
  • 10 g Whole Coriander
  • 5-7 Star Anise
  • 2 Liter Water
  • Salt to taste
  • 4-6 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Onion

    Ingredients of Beef Pulao

  • 600 g Rice
  • 4 Tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 10 g Green Chilli (Chopped)
  • 20 g Tamarind
  • 150 g Yogurt
  • Salt to Taste
  • 10 g Whole Cumin
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 Tsp Coriander powder
  • 2 cup Beef stock

    Instruction for Beef Stock

  • Take a muslin cloth and add, black cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon, bay leaf, whole coriander, star anise and make the knot of cloth.
  • Now, in a cooking pot, add water, garlic, onion, spices bag, water and cover this pot and cook for 50-60 mins.
  • After that strain the beef stock.

  • In a cooking pot add cooking oil, onion, green chili, onion, tamarind and cook until light brown.
  • Now, add boiled meat, yogurt, cumin, cumin powder, coriander powder and cook for a while.
  • Now, add soaked rice, stock and cook for a while.
  • Now, simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Your tasty Beef Pulao now ready to serve.

نمک حسبِ ضرورت
لہسن 4-6 جوئے

بیف پلاؤ کے اجزاء
چاول 600 گرام
کھانے کا تیل چار کھانے کے چمچ
پیازٍٍٍ 1 عدد
ہری مرچ(چوپ) 10 گرام
املی 20 گرام
دہی 150 گرام
نمک حسبِ ذائقہ
زیرہ 1 چائے کا چمچ
زیرہ پاؤڈر 1 چائے کا چمچ
دھنیا پاؤڈر 1 چائے کا چمچ
یخنی 2 کپ

بیف یخنی کی ترکیب ململ کے کپڑے میں بڑی االایچی،کالی مرچ،دار چینی،تیز پات،ثابت دھنیا،بادیان کے پھول ڈال کر کپڑے کو گانٹھ لگا لیں۔ اب ایک برتن میں پانی لیں اس میں بنائی ہوئی کپڑے کی پوٹلی ،گوشت، نمک، کالی مرچ، لہسن،پیاز ڈال کر 50-60 منٹ کے لیے ڈھک کر پکا لیں۔ اب اس میں سے یخنی کو الگ کر لیں۔ بیف پلاؤ کی ترکیب ایک برتن میں کھانے کا تیل لیں اس میں پیاز، ہری مرچ، املی ڈال کر لائٹ براؤن ہو نے تک فرائی کر لیں۔ اب اس میں اُبلا ہوا گوشت ، دہی،نمک، ثابت زیرہ، زیرہ پاؤڈر، دھنیا پاؤڈرڈال کر ہلکا سا پکا لیں۔ اب اس میں تیار کی ہوئی یخنی، اور بھیگے ہوئے چاول ڈال دیں۔ اب اس کو تھوڑا پانی رہنے تک پکا لیں۔ اب اس کو دس سے پندرہ منٹ تک دم دیں۔ آپکا مزے دار بیف پلاؤ تیار ہے۔ پکانے کا وقت: 1:30 افراد: 4-5
