Ingredients for Veggie Nuggets Recipe:
- Boiled potatoes 200g
- Boiled Peas 50g
- Boiled Carrot 50g
- Capsicum 25g
- Green coriander 5g
- Salt as per taste
- White chili powder 1 tsp
- Bread crumbs as required
- Oregano 1tsp
- Egg 3pcs
- Cheddar cheese 3 tbsp
- Cottage cheese 3 tbsp
- Cooking oil as required
Method for Veggie Nuggets
- In a pot, add mashed potatoes, salt, white pepper powder, carrots chopped, capsicum, chopped, peas, green coriander, cheddar cheese crushed, cottage cheese crushed, oregano and mix it.
- Now make the nuggets shape and cover egg, then bread crumbs repeat this step twice.
- Keep in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Now shallow fry these nuggets in cooking oil.
- Your tasty Veggie Nuggets is ready to serve.
