  • Ingredients:

  • ½ KG Chicken
  • 5 Green Chilies (chopped)
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 10 gm Mint (chopped)
  • 10 gm Fresh Coriander (chopped)
  • Salt (As Needed)
  • 1 TBSP Cumin Powder
  • 1 TBSP Red Chili Crushed
  • 1 TSP Garam Masala Powder
  • ½ TSP Turmeric Powder
  • 1 TBSP Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 KG Potatoes (Boiled & Mashed)
  • 6 TBSP Maida
  • 4 TBSP Corn Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • Cooking Oil (As Needed)
  • Bread Crumbs (As Needed)
  • Kisan Cooking Oil (As needed for frying)
  • Preparation:
  • 1. First of all, In a grinder, add chicken, Chopped Green Chilies, Chopped Onion, Mint, Fresh Coriander, Salt, Cumin Powder, Red Chili Crushed, Garam Masala Powder, Turmeric Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste and grind them well
  • 2. Next, Take a bowl, add Potatoes (Boiled & Mashed). Then add the grinded mixture which we have prepared above. Also add Maida, Corn Flour, Egg, mix them again with the help of your hands & keep this mixture aside
  • 3. It’s time to make potato doughnuts. Apply some cooking oil at your hands & make round shape cutlets from the mixture which we have prepared in previous step. Place a round cut in these round cutlets to make doughnuts
  • 4. Dip these into Egg & apply bread crumbs
  • 5. Finally, add Kisan Cooking Oil in a pan. Put the round shaped doughnuts into this oil and fry them at low flame until they changed into golden brown
  • 6. Tasty Potato doughnuts are ready to serve

کسان کوکنگ آئل حسبِ ضرورت

ترکیب
۔ایک گرائینڈ ر لیں اور اس میں چکن ،سبز مرچ ،پیاز ،پودینہ ،سبز دھنیا ،نمک،زیرہ ،لال مر چ کُٹی ہوئی ،گرم مصالحہ پاؤڈر ،ہلدی پاؤڈر اورادرک لہسن پیسٹ ڈال کر اچھی طرح گرائینڈ کرلیں ۔
۔اب ایک باؤل میں اُبلے ہوئے آلو لیں اور اس میں گرائینڈ کیاہوا مکسچر ،میدہ ،کارن فلور اورانڈاڈال کر ہاتھوں کی مدد سے اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں اور رکھ دیں ۔
۔اب تیار کیے ہوئے مکسچر کی گول ٹکیا ں بنا لیں اور درمیان میں انگلی برابر سوراخ کر کے ڈونٹس کی شکل بنا لیں ۔
۔اب تیار ڈونٹس کو انڈے میں ڈپ کریں اور بریڈ کرم لگائیں ۔
۔اب ایک پین میں کسان کوکنگ آئل لیں اور تیار ڈونٹس کو اس میں ڈال کر لائٹ براؤن ہونے تک فرائی کرلیں ۔
۔آپکے مزیدار پوٹیٹو ڈونٹس تیار ہیں ۔
