Ingredients for pan roasted chicken:

  • 1 kg Chicken
  • 2 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • 4 tbsp Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric
  • Salt (As Needed)
  • 200 gm Butter


1- Make deep cuts on 1 kg chicken.
2- Now add and mix ginger & garlic paste, yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric, salt.
3- Keep it in the refrigerator for an hour.
4- Now melt the butter in a pan and add marinated chicken in it.
5- Steam it on low flame until golden brown.
