Ingredients:
1 Cup All Purpose Flour / Maida
150 gm Butter
½ TSP Salt
1 Egg
1 TSP Sugar
Water (As Needed)
80 gm Butter
3 TBSP All purpose Flour/Maida
2 Cup Milk
½ TSP Salt
1 TBSP Black Pepper Powder
1 Cube of K&N’s Stock
½ Cup Boiled peas
100 gm Boiled Potatoes
100 gm Boiled carrots
100 gm Boiled Capsicum
16 pieces K&N’s Sausage
150 gm Mozzarella Cheese
Eggs (As needed for coating)

Preparation:
1. First of all, add Maida, butter in a bowl then mix it well with the help of your hands
2. Add salt, Egg, Sugar, Water, then refrigerate for 30 minutes
3. Then make two dough’s from this prepared mixture then convert them in a chapatti form
4. Keep one of them aside, and for the second one ( cut it into long strips)
5. Add butter in a cooking pan, let it melt then add All purpose Flour, & mix by adding milk, salt,
black pepper powder and mix it well
6. Now add 1 cube of K&N’s Stock, boiled peas, boiled potatoes, boiled carrots, boiled capsicum,
7. Cut K&N’s Sausage into small pieces then put these pieces into the above prepared mixture by adding
mozzarella cheese
8. Put prepared mixture on the chapatti (made of dough prepared initially) that was placed on the bowl.
9. Apply the vertical & horizontal strips (made of same dough) on the bowl with chapatti & mixture layers
10. In the end, apply Egg with the help of a brush & bake it for 20 minutes at 180 degree centigrade

11. Chicken Pie is ready to serve

ترکیب
  • ایک برتن میں میدہ اور مکھن ڈال کر ہاتھ سے گوندھ لیں۔
  • اب اس میں نمک، انڈا، چینی ڈال کر اچھی طرح ملا لیں اور تیس منٹ کے لیے فریج میں رکھ دیں۔ ڈو تیار ہے۔
  • اب اس ڈو کو دو حصہ میں کر لیں۔
  • ایک حصہ کو بیل کر چپاتی کی طرح بنا لیں۔
  • اور ایک حصہ کو پہلے چپاتی کی طرح پیل لیں پھر اس میں ایک انچ کی پٹی کاٹ لیں۔
  • مصالحہ بنانے کا طریقہ:
  • ایک برتن میں مکھن لیں اس میں میدہ ڈال دیں۔
  • اب اس میں تھوڑا تھوڑا دودھ ڈال دیں اور ساتھ ساتھ چمچہ ہلاتے رہیں۔
  • اب اس میں نمک ، کالی مرچ پاؤڈر ڈال کر مکس کر لیں۔
  • اُبلے ہوئے مٹر، اُبلی ہوئی گاجر، اُبلے ہوئے آلو، اُبلی ہوئی شملہ مرچ ڈال دیں۔ K&N's Stock اب اس میں

  • اب اس میں مزریلہ چیز ڈال دیں اورتھوڑی دیر کے لیے پکا لیں۔ چیز پگھل جانے پر اس کو الگ برتن میں نکال لیں۔
  • اب ایک برتن میں تیار کی ہوئی ڈو کو پھیلا دیں۔اور اس پر تیار کیا ہوا مصالحہ ڈال کر پھیلا دیں۔
  • اب اس پر ڈو سے بنی ہوئی پٹیوں کو اس طرح سے لگایں کہ ایک جال بن جائے
  • اب اس پر برش کی مدد سے انڈا لگا لیں
  • اب اس کو 180 ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ پر بیس منٹ تک اوون بیک کر لیں۔
  • آپکی مزے دارچکن پائی تیار ہے۔
