Ingredients for Palak Pakora Recipe

    • Gram flour 200g
    • Spinach 25g
    • Salt  as per taste
    • Chaat Masala   1 tsp
    • Corn Flour  2 tbsp
    • Black Pepper Crushed  ½ tbsp
    • Lemon Juice  1 tbsp
    • Coriander Crushed   1 tsp
    • Turmeric  1 tsp
    • Red Chili Powder  1 tsp
    • Hot Spices  ½ tsp
    • Cumin Powder  1 tsp
    • Ajwain    ¼ tsp
    • Cooking Oil  as needed
    • Water as needed

Method of Palak Pakora Recipe

 

In a pot, add and mix gram flour, salt, chaat masala, corn flour, black pepper, lemon juice, coriander, turmeric, red chili powder, hot spice powder, cumin powder, ajwain, water and let them thick paste.

Now, coat the spinach leaf in this paste and fry it until brown.
