Ingredients:
1 KG Fresh fish
Salt (As Needed)
2 Onions
2 TBSP Ginger Garlic Paste
1 TBSP Fenugreek Seeds
1 TBSP Mustard Paste
½ TSP Whole Cumin
2 Tomatoes
½ Cup Yogurt
3 Green Chilies
1 TBSP Coriander Powder
1 TSP Turmeric powder
1 & ½ Lemon Juice
10 gm Green Coriander
1 TSP Red Chili Powder
½ Cup Cooking Oil
1 TBSP Kasuri Methi
Cooking Method:
1. In a bowl, add fish, Salt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, Lemon Juice, mix them all and keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes
2. Now Take a pan, add cooking oil and marinated fish in this pan, let it fry until it changes into golden brown
3. Add garlic, Fenugreek seeds, Mustard seeds, Cumin Powder, Green chili, onion in a pan, and cook it for 1 Minute
4. Now add tomato paste, yogurt and cook it for 2 minutes
5. Now add salt, red chili powder, Chopped red chili, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric and cook it for 5 Minutes
6. Now add kasuri Methi, Fried fish and simmer it for 5 Minutes
7. Your tasty Fish Salan is ready to serve

ترکیب

۔ایک باؤل میں مچھلی لیں اوراس میں نمک،ہلدی ،ادرک لہسن پیسٹ اور لیموں کا رس ڈال کر مکس کرلیں اور تیس منٹ تک فریج میں رکھ دیں ۔
۔اب ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل لیں اوراس میں تیار کی ہوئی مچھلی کو گولڈن براؤن ہونے تک فرائی کر لیں ۔
۔اب ایک پین میں لہسن ،میتھی دانہ ،رائی دانہ ،زیرہ پاؤڈر ،سبز مر چ اور پیاز ڈال کر ایک منٹ تک پکالیں ۔
۔اب اس میں ٹماٹر پیسٹ اوردہی ڈال کر دو منٹ تک پکا لیں ۔
۔اب اس میں نمک ،لال مرچ پاؤڈر ،لال مرچ کُٹی ہوئی ،دھنیا پاؤڈر ،زیرہ پاؤڈر اور ہلدی ڈال کرپانچ منٹ تک پکالیں ۔
۔اب اس میں قصوری میتھی اور فرائی کی ہوئی مچھلی ڈال کر پانچ منٹ دم دیں ۔
