300 gm chicken (with bones)
1 liter water
1 carrot
50 gm onions
1 tbsp whole Garam Masala
4 pieces garlic
50 gm green coriander
Salt as needed
2 cups chicken stock
1 tbsp chicken powder
½ tsp white pepper powder
1 tbsp Red chili sauce
3 tbsp sweet corn paste
100 gm corn flour
1 Egg
1. In a pan, add chicken (with bones), water, chopped carrot, chopped onions, whole Garam Masalah, Garlic, Green Coriander, salt, and cook them for 30 minutes (chicken stock is ready)
2. Now take a pan, add chicken stock which have prepared, salt, chicken powder, white pepper powder, red chili sauce, sweet corn paste in this chicken stock and boil it
3. Now add corn flour, egg and mix it well
4. Your tasty corn soup is ready to serve

اجزاء چکن ہڈی والا تین سو گرام پانی ایک لیٹر گاجر ایک عدد پیاز پچاس گرام ثابت گرم مصالحہ ایک کھانے کا چمچ ثا بت لہسن چار جّوے سبز دھنیا پچاس گرام نمک حسبِ ذائقہ یخنی دو کپ چکن پاؤڈر ایک کھانے کا چمچ سفید مرچ پاؤڈر آدھا چائے کا چمچ ریڈ چلی سوس ایک کھانے کا چمچ سویٹ کارن پیسٹ تین کھانے کے چمچ کارن فلور ایک سو گرام انڈا ایک عدد ترکیب ۔ایک پین میں چکن ہڈی و الا لیں اوراس میں پانی ،گاجر کٹی ہوئی ،پیاز کٹے ہوئے ،ثابت گرم مصالحہ ،ثابت لہسن ،سبز دھنیا اور نمک ڈال کر تیس منٹ تک پکا لیں (یخنی تیار ہے )۔ ۔اب ایک پین میں تیار کی ہوئی یخنی لیں اوراس میں نمک ،چکن پاؤڈر ،سفید مرچ پاؤڈر ،ریڈ چلی سوس اورسویٹ کا رن پیسٹ ڈال کر یخنی کو اُبال لیں ۔ ۔اب اس میں کارن فلور اور انڈا ڈال کر اچھی طرح ہلالیں ۔ ۔آپکا مزیدار کارن سوپ تیار ہے ۔ پکا نے کا وقت: تیس منٹ افراد: تین عدد
