Ingredients
500g Fish
200 ml Cream
100 g Coconut milk powder
Salt as needed
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tbsp Crushed Cumin
1 tbsp Garam masala powder
1 tsp Ajwain
1 tsp Red Chili flakes
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp Red chili sauce
½ tsp Black pepper powder
2 tbsp Olive Oil
3 tbsp Lemon juice
½ tsp Yellow Color
Cooking oil as needed

Cooking Method
1. In a bowl, add fish, salt, cream, coconut milk powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, ajwain, red chili flakes, cumin crushed, ginger garlic paste , black pepper powder, red chili sauce, yellow color, lemon juice, olive oil and marinate it well.
2. Now, keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
3. In a grill pan, brush the cooking oil in it.
4. Now grill the marinated fish.
Your tasty Fish Tikka now ready to serve.

ایک برتن میں مچھلی لیں اور اس میں کریم، کوکونٹ ملک پاؤڈر، نمک، دھنیا پاؤڈر،زیرہ کُٹا ہوا،گرم مصالہ پاؤڈر، اجوائن، لال مرچ کُٹی ہوئی، ادرک لہسن پیسٹ، کالی مرچ پاؤڈر،زیتون کا تیل،ریڈ چلی سوس، پیلا رنگ اور لیموں کا رس ڈال کر اچھی طرح ملا لیں ۔
اب اس کو تیس منٹ کے لیے فریج میں رکھ دیں۔
