1000 gm Chicken
Salt (as Needed)
½ Cup Ketchup
1 & ½ Mustard Paste
2 tbsp HP Sauce
2 tbsp Chopped Red Chilies
1 tbsp Red chili powder
1 tbsp Black pepper powder
4 tbsp Lemon Juice
3 Green Chilies
2 tbsp Garlic Paste
½ Cup Maida
Cooking Method:
1. Take chicken and place the cuts
2. Now take a bowl, add chicken, ketchup, mustard paste, HP Sauce, Salt, Chopped Red chili, Red chili powder, black pepper powder, Lemon Juice, Green Chili, Garlic paste, Maida, Mix them all and keep this mixture in the fridge for 2 hours
3. Now add cooking oil in a pan, add marinated Chicken and fry it
