There are many types of delicious soup recipes on that you can enjoy in your winters like fish vegetable and noodle soup, chicken corn soup , Murgh Yakhni pulao, grilled prawns, pomfret fish fry, batter fried fish with French fries, Dhaka fried fish and spicy tawa fish. Hot and sour soups are a variety of soups from several Asian culinary traditions, but due to its great taste and aroma, it has gained popularity in many countries like America, India, Pakistan, Japan, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, and the Philippines. The soup preparation process mostly includes meat from prawns, shrimps, chicken, or sometimes turkey strips. In some versions, bamboo shoots, toasted sesame seeds, vinegar, and eggs are also added. The hot and sour soup is a bit thicker than other Chinese soups due to the addition of corn starch in it. This soup recipe is considered a healthy diet option at most Chinese establishments, regardless of the fact that it is high in sodium, it is known for its health contents overall. In the Japanese version of this soup, ramen noodles are also added during preparation.   • Water ½ liter
  • Chicken (Boneless) 150g
  • Chicken bones 300g
  • Onions 10g
  • Carrots 25g
  • Garlic 5g
  • Cabbage 15g
  • Salt as per taste
  • Chinese Salt as per taste
  • Soy Sauce 1-½ tbsp
  • Chili Sauce 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Eggs 2 pieces
  • Corn Flour 6g
  • Green Onion 10g


Make Chicken Yakhni (Chicken Stock) by adding water, Chicken’s bones, Chicken boneless, Carrots, Onion and Garlic in a cooking pot.
Boil only Chicken boneless or with Chicken’s bones.
Make chicken boneless into small pieces.
Add Chicken Yakhni, small pieces of chicken, carrots, cabbage, table salt, Chinese salt, soy sauce, chili sauce and vinegar in a pan and boil it for 2-3 minutes.
Add and Mix eggs, Scallion, Corn flour Mixed in one cup of water.
Now Hot & Sour Soup is ready to serve.


  • پانی ڈیڑھ لیٹر
  • چکن بون لس 150گرام
  • چکن کی ہڈیاں 300گرام
  • پیاز 10 گرام
  • گاجر 25 گرام
  • لہسن 5 گرام
  • بند گوبھی 15گرام
  • نمک حسبِ ذائقہ
  • اجینو موٹو حسبِ ذائقہ
  • سویا سوس ڈیڑھ کھا نے کا چمچ
  • چلی سوس ایک چائے کا چمچ
  • سرکہ دو کھانے کے چمچ
  • انڈے 2 عدد
  • کارن فلور 6کھانے کے چمچ
  • ہرا پیا ز 10گرام


ایک برتن میں پانی لیں اور اس میں چکن کی ہڈیا ں ڈال لیں ۔اب اس میں پیاز،گاجر،لہسن ،چکن بون لس ڈال کر اُبال لیں اور چکن سٹوک بنا لیں ۔ اب چکن کو چھان کر اس کی یخنی الگ کر لیں ۔ چکن اب چکن بون لس کے ریشے کر لیں ۔ ایک پین میں چکن سٹوک ڈال دیں۔اب اس میں چکن کے ریشے ،گاجر ،بند گوبھی ،نمک ،اجینو موٹو،سویا سوس،چلی سو س اور سرکہ ڈال کر2 سے 3 منٹ کے لیے پکائیں ۔اُبل جانے پر اوپرسے جھاگ اُتار دیں ۔اب اس میں کچے انڈے پھینٹے ہوئے ،ہرا پیاز ڈال دیں ۔اور کارن فلور کو ایک کپ پانی میں ملا کر ڈال دیں ۔آپکا مزیدار ہوٹ اینڈ سار سوپ تیار ہے ۔
