- Chicken Mince 500g
- Olive Oil 3 tbsp
- Onion (Chopped) 3 tbsp
- Mehran Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Carrot (Chopped) 1
- Tomato Puree 6 tomatoes
- Salt as per taste
- Mehran Black Pepper Powder 1- ½ tbsp.
- Mehran Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Milk ½ liter
- Cinnamon ½ tsp
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp
- Water as needed
- Lasagna Sheets 150g
- Cooking oil 3 tbsp
- Mehran ketchup 4 tbsp
- Parmesan cheese ½ cup
- Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
- Maida 1 cup
- Tomato, capsicum for garnishCooking Method
1- In a cooking pan, add olive oil, onion, Mehran Garlic Paste, carrot and cook for a while.
2- Now, add chicken mince and cook for a while.
3- Now, add tomato puree, Mehran Salt, Mehran Black pepper powder, Mehran Vinegar, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4- Now, steam for 5 minutes then cook for 3-4 minutes on high flame.
5- In another cooking pan, add butter, maida, cinnamon powder, milk, salt, Mehran Black pepper powder and cook until thickened. White sauce is ready now.
6- In a cooking pot, add water (for boiling), salt, lasagna sheets and let them boil.
7- In a bowl, add cooking oil, place the boiled lasagna sheets, cooked chicken, white sauce, sheet, Mehran ketchup, cooked chicken, white sauce and at the end use Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, tomato, capsicum for garnish.
8- Now cover with foil pepper and oven bake for 10 minutes on 180 °C.
9- After that remove the cover and oven bake again on 180 °C for 10 minutes.
Your tasty Chicken Lasagna now ready to serve.
