Ingredients for Italian Salad

2 Carrots (julian cutting)
300 gm Iceberg Lettuce
2 Cucumber slices
4 Tomatoes
6 Green Olives
Salt (As Needed)
1 & 1/2 tsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Oregano
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
2 tbsp Cheddar Cheese (grated)
1 tsp Parmesan Cheese
Instructions for Italian Salad
1- First of all cut the carrots, icebergs, cucumber, tomatoes,
2- Now take a bowl and add carrots, iceberg, cucumber, tomato, green olive, salt, olive oil, oregano, lemon juice, black pepper powder, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese and mix it well.
3- Your tasty Italian Salad is now ready to serve.

۔ سبز زیتون چھ عدد
۔ نمک حسبِ ذائقہ
۔ زیتون کا تیل ڈیڑھ چائے کا چمچ
۔ اوریگانو آدھا چائے کا چمچ
۔ لیموں کا رس ایک کھانے کا چمچ
۔ کالی مرچ پاؤڈر ایک چائے کاچمچ
۔ چیڈر چیز (کدوکش) دو کھانے کے چمچ
۔ پامزان ایک چائے کا چمچ
ترکیب
گاجر، آئس برگ ،کھیرا ،ٹماٹر کٹنگ کر لیں
۔ ایک برتن میں گاجر، آئس برگ ،کھیرا ،ٹماٹر ،سبز زیتون ،نمک،زیتون کا تیل اور اوریگانو ڈال کر مکس کر لیں ۔
۔ اب اس میں لیموں کا رس ،کالی مرچ پاؤڈر ،چیڈر چیز اور پامزان ڈال کر مکس کر لیں ۔
