The distinguishing characteristic here being that the meat is minced twice and then rolled into medium sized balls, although the size can vary from place to place and according to choice, other ingredients such as thoroughly beaten eggs, roasted cumin, chili powders and green chilies are also added to the mix. When the kababs are ready, bread crumbs are added to the top layer as a coating to ensure the crumbly outer texture of the Bohri kabab is in place. Ingredients for Bohri Kabab:
2 slices white bread
1 cup milk
1/2 kg chicken mince
1 large sized fried onion
Salt (As Needed)
2 Medium Sized Boiled Potatoes
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 whole Egg
2 Medium Sized Onions (Chopped)
1/2 Bunch Mint (Fresh)
Oil (As needed for applying at the hands)
Cooking Oil (As needed for frying)

Direction for Bohri Kabab:
1. First of all, soak the bread slices in a bowl by adding milk.
2. Next, Add Chicken Mince, fried onions, salt, soaked bread slices, in a blender & blend it well for preparing the mixture for kababs
3. Use a spoon in this mixture to mix it for a while
4. Then add boiled potatoes, soy sauce, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, red chili flakes, egg, mix it again & add chopped onions, mint, blend the mixture again
5. Apply some oil at your hands Now make finger shaped kababs from this mixture (which we have prepared above)
6. Add cooking oil in a pan, then fry these kababs until they changed into golden brown
7. Tasty Bohri Kababs are ready, serve it with Raita & some light salad

بوہری کباب بنانے کے اجزاء بریڑ سلائس 2 عدد دودھ 1 کپ چکن قیمہ آدھا کلو فرائی کی ہوئی پیاز 1 عدد نمک 1عدد اُبلے ہوئے آلو(درمیانے) 2 عدد سویاسوس 1کھانے کا چمچ کالی مرچ پاؤڈر 1چائے کا چمچ ادرک لہسن پیسٹ 1چائے کا چمچ کُٹی ہوئی لال مرچ 1 چائے کا چمچ انڈا 1عدد پیاز(چوپ) 2 عدد پودینہ آدھی گڈھی کھانے کاتیل حسبِ ضرورت

بوہری کباب بنانے کاطریقہ:
ایک برتن میں بریڈ سلائس اوردودھ ڈال کر تھوڑی دیر کے لیے بھیگو دیں۔
ایک گرائینڈر میں چکن قیمہ ، نمک، فرائی کی ہوئی پیاز، بھیگی ہوئی بریڈ ڈال کر اچھی طرح گرائینڈ کر لیں۔
اب اس میں اُبلے ہوئے آلو، سویا سوس، کالی مرچ، ادرک لہسن پیسٹ، لال مرچ کُٹی ہوئی،انڈا ڈال کر اچھی طرح گرائینڈ کر لیں۔
اب اس میں پیاز، پودینہ ڈال کر گرائینڈ کر لیں۔
اب ہاتھوں پر ہلکا سا تیل لگا کر تیار کیے ہوئے مکسچر کے کباب بنا لیں۔
اب ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل ڈال کر کباب کو شیلو فرائی کر لیں۔
