700g Mutton
1 cup Yogurt
1 cup Onion (chopped)
1/2 cup Oil
1/2 cup Cream
1 tsp White pepper powder
1/2 tsp Whole spices
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Cumin seeds
3 Green chilies
2 cups Mutton stock
1/2 cup Milk
Water as required

In a pot add mutton, water, green chilies, one tablespoon ginger garlic paste and salt.
Cover it and cook on low flame for 30 to 40 minutes or until mutton is cooked.
Separate mutton and stock and set aside.
In a pan heat oil, add whole spices, onion, cumin seeds and sauté for a minute.
Add one tablespoon ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
Add mutton, salt, white pepper, black pepper, yogurt and cook for 5 minutes.
Add green chilies, coriander powder, cumin powder and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now add mutton stock, cream, milk and cook for 5 more minutes.
Garnish with green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves and your dish is ready to serve.
