Ingredients of Tawa Keema

  • 1/2 cup Cooking Oil
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 6 Green Chili
  • 1 tbsp White Cumin
  • 2 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • 1 kg Mutton Mince (handmade)
  • 4 Tomatoes (cube cutting)
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric
  • 3 tbsp Red Chili (crushed)
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tbsp Hot Spices Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 Lemon
  • 10 gm Butter
  • Green Coriander for garnishing
  • Green Chili for garnishing
  • Tomatoes for garnishing

Directions:

1- In a pot, add cooking oil, onion, green chili, white cumin and fry it.

  • 2- Now add ginger & garlic paste and fry it again.
  • 3- Next, add mutton mince, tomatoes, salt, turmeric, red chili, black pepper powder, hot spices cumin powder and cook then add lemon and butter.
  • 5- Use green coriander, green chili, tomatoes for garnishing.
  • 6- Your Tasty Tawa Keema is now ready to serve.

توا قیمہ ترکیب

ایک برتن میں آئل ڈال کر پیاز،ہری مرچ اور سفید زیرہ ڈال کر فرائی کریں۔اب لہسن ادرک کا پیسٹ ڈال کر دوبارہ فرائی کر لیں ۔اب ہاتھ سے بنا ہوا مٹن قیمہ ،ٹماٹر کیوب کٹنگ میں ،نمک ،ہلدی ،لال مرچ ،کالی مرچ پاؤڈراور زیرہ پاؤڈر ڈال کر30 سے35 مِنٹ تک پکائیں ۔پَک جانے پر اس میں لیموں اور مکھن ڈال دیں۔آپکا مریدار توا قیمہ تیارہے۔ اب ہرا دھنیا ،ہری مرچ اور ٹماٹر کو گارنش کے لیے استعمال کر لیں ۔
