The origins of the recipe are unclear to date, and despite the name “Swiss roll” the recipe is believed to have originated somewhere in central Europe, most likely in Austria. The earliest versions of the swiss roll were known as the jelly cake and it was an English recipe. The earliest publication about the jelly cake was done back in the year of 1852, in Utica, New York, in a journal known as the Northern Farmer. Ingredients for swiss Rolls:

  • 12 Eggs
  • 150 gm Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 150 gm Maida
  • Cooking Oil as needed
  • ½ cup Whipped Cream
  • ¼ cup Strawberry filling
  • Chocolate syrup as needed
  • Chocolate
Instructions for swiss Rolls:
  1. In a bowl, add eggs, sugar, mix them with the help of mixture
  2. Then add Vanilla Essence in this mixture, mix it again
  3. Add Maida in this and mix it, keep this mixture aside
  4. Now take a molding dish and apply cooking oil at this dish and pour the mixture which we have prepared before
  5. Keep this in the microwave for 8-10 minutes at 180 degree centi grades
  6. In a bowl, add whipped cream and mix it well
  7. Then apply this whipped cream at the mixture which is prepared in the molding dish
  8. Apply strawberry filling at one part and chocolate syrup at the other part of this
  9. Put chocolate at the surface
  10. Roll it in a roll shape
  11. Cover it and keep this in the freezer for 3-4 hours and apply whipped cream at this
  12. Add topping with strawberry filling and chocolate syrup
  13. Your yummy Swiss rolls are ready to serve

سوئس رول اجزا ء انڈے بارہ چینی ڈیڑ ھ سو گرام ونیلا ایسنس ایک کھانے کا چمچ میدہ ڈیڑھ سو گرام کھانے کا تیل حسبِ ضرورت وہیپ کریم آدھا کپ سٹرابیری فلنگ ایک چوتھائی کپ چوکلیٹ سیرپ حسبِ ضرورت چوکلیٹ ایک سوگرام سوئس رول ترکیب ۔ایک باؤل میں انڈے ،چینی ،ونیلا ایسنس اور میدہ ڈال کر مکس کرلیں ۔ ۔اب ایک ٹرے میں تیار کیا ہوا مکسچر ڈال کر 180ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ پر 10-8منٹ تک اوون بیک کرلیں ۔ ۔ایک باؤل لیں اوراس میں وہیپ کریم ڈال کر مکس کر لیں اور بیک کیے ہوئے رول پر لگا دیں ۔ ۔اب تیار شدہ سوئس رول کے ایک سِرے پر چوکلیٹ سیرپ اور دوسرے سِرے پرسٹرابیری فلنگ لگا کر چوکلیٹ لگا دیں ۔ ۔اب اسے گول شکل میں رول کر کے تین سے چار گھنٹے کے لیے فریزر میں رکھ دیں ۔ ۔اب اس پروہیپ کریم لگاکر سٹرابیری فلنگ اور چوکلیٹ سیرپ کی ٹوپنگ کر لیں ۔ ۔آپکا مزیدار سوئس رول تیار ہے ۔ بنا نے کا وقت: تیس منٹ افراد: دو
