Fish Manchurian If you are a Chinese lover and craving for something that is sweet and tangy and will tingle your taste buds then you have come to the right place, for sooperchef.pk is proud to present its tasty and tangy fish Manchurian recipe! The original chicken Manchurian was an Indo-Chinese recipe was prepared by a small Chinese community had moved to Calcutta. The main theme of the preparation of the Manchurian is the Indian adaptation of the Chinese seasoning and cooking techniques towards Indian style cooking through a larger offering of vegetarian dishes. The current situation of this style of cooking is now prevalent all over the world and is enjoyed by foodies all over Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Pakistan, India, Malaysia, Bangladesh and some parts of the Mediterranean as well as North America. The Indian families living in Calcutta till present day are more from the Hakka descent but their cooking style is much more modernized and adapted towards the Indian style of cooking to collect a larger amount of audience. Ingredients:
500 g Fish/Chicken
1 tbsp white chili powder
1 egg
2 tbsp Maida
2 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp cooking oil
50 g garlic
2 green chilies
1 cup ketchup
1 tbsp Chinese salt
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp soya sauce
3 tbsp sugar
Cooking Method:
1. In a bowel add fish, than add salt, white chili powder(1/2) tbsp, Egg, Maida, Corn Flour and mix them all
2. Now take a pan, then add cooking oil (as needed), let it hot. Then add marinated Fish in this hot oil, deep fry it till it changes into golden brown.
3. Now add 2 tbsp cooking oil in a pan, add chopped garlic in this oil and cook it for two minutes
4. Now add green chilies, ketchup, salt, white chili Powder ( ½ tbsp), vinegar, soya sauce, Chinese salt, sugar and cook it for 5 minutes.
5. Now add prepared Fish in this and cook it for 2 minutes
6. Your tasty Fish Manchurian is ready to serve

سفید مرچ پاؤڈر ایک کھانے کا چمچ
انڈا ایک عدد
میدہ دو کھانے کے چمچ
کارن فلور دو کھانے کے چمچ
کھانے کا تیل دو کھانے کے چمچ
لہسن پچاس گرام
سبز مر چ دو عدد
کیچپ ایک کپ
چائنہ نمک ایک کھانے کا چمچ
سرکہ تین کھانے کے چمچ
سو یا سو س ایک کھانے کا چمچ
چینی تین کھانے کے چمچ
ترکیب
۔ایک باؤل میں مچھلی لیں اوراس میں نمک،سفید مرچ پاؤڈر(آدھا کھانے کا چمچ) ،انڈ ا،میدہ ،کارن فلور ڈال کر مکس کر لیں ۔
۔ابایک پین لیں اوراس میں کھانے کا تیل(حسبِ ضرورت ) گرم کریں اور اس میں تیار کی ہوئی مچھلی ڈال کر گولڈن براؤن ہونے تک ڈیپ فرائی کر لیں ۔
۔اب ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل(دو کھانے کے چمچ)لے کر اس میں چوپ لہسن ڈال کر دو منٹ تک پکالیں ۔
۔اب اس میں سبز مرچ ،کیچپ ،نمک،سفید مرچ پاؤڈر (آدھا کھانے کا چمچ) ،سرکہ ،سویا سوس ،چائنہ نمک اور چینی ڈال کر پانچ منٹ تک پکا لیں ۔
۔اب اس میں تیار کی ہوئی مچھلی ڈال کر دو منٹ تک مزید پکا لیں ۔
۔آپکی مزیدار فش منچورین تیا رہے ۔
