  • 700 gm Chicken
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 TSP Soy Sauce
  • 1 TBSP Paprika
  • Salt (As Needed)
  • 1 TSP Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 TBSP Red Chili Crushed
  • 1 TBSP Oregano
  • 2 TSP Cumin Powder
  • 1 TSP Garlic Powder
  • 1 TBSP Parsley
  • 1 & ½ Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Cup Maida
  • ½ Cup Corn Flour
  • 1 TBSP Basil
  • 1 TBSP Thyme
  • 3 TBSP Milk

    Kisan Cooking oil (As Needed)

  • Preparation:
  • 1. First of all, take a bowl. Add Chicken Slices (cut in long shapes)
  • 2. Then add Garlic Powder, Soy Sauce, Paprika Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Oregano, Salt and Parsley & mix all of these ingredients & set aside for 30 Minutes.
  • 3. Next, take a bowl, add Maida, Corn Flour, Cumin Powder, Red Chili Crushed, Thyme, Basil and mix
  • 4. In a Bowl, Add 2 Eggs. Then add Milk and mix
  • 5. Dip the Chicken Slices into Maida Mixture, Egg Mixture, Apply Bread Crumbs
  • 6. It’s time for deep frying. Add Kisan Cooking oil in a pan. Let it some warm and then fry it until it changes into Golden Brown

پارسلے 1کھانے کاچمچ
برید کرم 1-1/2 کپ
میدہ 2 کپ
کارن فلور 1/2 کپ
بیزل 1کھانے کا چمچ
تھائم 1کھانے کا چمچ
دودھ 3کھانے کے چمچ

ترکیب
۔ایک باؤل لیں اور اس میں چکن ،لہسن پاؤڈر ،سویا سوس ،پیپریکا پاؤڈر ،کالی مر چ پاؤڈر ،اوریگانو پاؤڈر ،نمک اورپارسلے ڈال کر مکس کر لیں اور تیس منٹ تک فریج میں رکھ دیں۔
۔اب ایک باؤل میں میدہ ،کارن فلور ،زیرہ پاؤڈر ،لال مرچ کُٹی ہوئی ،تھائم اوربیزل ڈال کر مکس کرلیں ۔
۔اب ایک باؤل میں انڈے اور دودھ ڈال کر مکس کرلیں ۔
۔اب تیار کیاہوا چکن لیں اور اس پر میدہ لگا کر انڈے کے مکسچر میں ڈپ کریں اور بریڈ کر م لگا لیں ۔
۔ اب ایک پین میں کسان سُپر آئل ڈال کر گرم کرلیں اور تیار شدہ چکن کو ڈیپ فرائی کر کے گولڈن براؤن کر لیں ۔
۔آپکا مزیدار چکن ٹینڈر تیار ہے ۔
