In a bowl, add chocolate chip and melt it.Now, add milk, gelatin and mix it well.

In a bowl, add whipped cream, chocolate milk mixture and mix it well.

In a pan add milk, sugar, cornstarch and whisk well on medium low flame. Whisk continuously to avoid lumps, cook until thicken.

Remove from heat, add 2 tbsp of mixture in beaten eggs and mix it well. Now add egg mixture in pan and again cook on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes while whisking it. Remove from heat now add vanilla in it and again whisk it until well combined. Let it cool on room temperature.

In a dish layer Novita chocolate wafer and pour chocolate mousse on top, let it set for 30 minutes in refrigerator.

Layer Novita chocolate wafer and now pour vanilla custard on top, let it set again for 30 minutes in refrigerator.

Again, add a final layer of Novita chocolate wafer and let it set again for 10 to 20 minutes in refrigerator before serving.

Top it with wafers, caramel sauce and serve chilled.

اب چولہے سے اتار کر دو کھانے کے چمچ مکسچر پھینٹے ہوئے انڈوں میں ڈالیں اور اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں۔پھر ایک پین میں انڈوں کا مکسچر ڈالیں اور دوبارہ تین سے چار منٹ ہلکی آنچ پر اچھی طرح پکائیں۔اب چولہا بند کر کے ا س میں دوبارہ ونیلا ڈالیں اور اچھی طرح مکس کر کے ٹھنڈا ہونے دیں۔

ایک ڈِش میں نو وٹا چوکلیٹ وافر کی تہہ لگائیں اور اس پر چوکلیٹ موس ڈال کر تیس منٹ کے لئے فریج میں رکھ دیں۔

اب اس پر نوویٹا چوکلیٹ وافر کی تہہ لگائیں اور ونیلا کسٹرڈ ڈال کرمزید تیس منٹ فریج میں رکھیں۔
7 .
پھر اس پر دوبارہ نووٹا چوکلیٹ وافر کی تہہ لگائیں اور دس سے بیس منٹ کے لئے فریج میں رکھ دیں۔
8 .
اب اس پر وافرز اور کیریمل سوس ڈال کر ٹھنڈا ٹھنڈا سرو کریں۔
