Ingredients for Bhindi Masala

  • Lady finger 300g
  • Water 3 cups
  • Salt as required
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Onion 100g
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic (finely cut) 2 tsp
  • Tomatoes 200g
  • Green pepper 4pcs
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Red pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
  • White cumin (powder) 1 tsp
  • Coriander (powder) 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek 1 tsp
  • Butter 1 tsp

Method for Bhindi Masala

Cut three grams Lady Finger and put it in a pot. Make a paste of water, salt, ginger, garlic and lemon juice. Store it for ten to fifteen minutes. Put oil in the pan. Deep fry the lady fingers for five minutes. Now fry the onions and white cumin till it gets deep brown. Now put chopped pieces of ginger, garlic, tomatoes, green peppers chopped, salt, turmeric, chopped red pepper, white cumin powder, coriander and boil it by adding half cup of water. Fry until right brown. Now, add green peppers, green coriander, ginger, butter and Fenugreek. Shake it and your bhindi masala is prepared.

ہری مرچ چار عدد
۔ہلدی آدھا چائے کا چمچ
۔لال مرچ (کُٹی ہوئی) ایک چائے کا چمچ
۔سفید زیرہ(پیسا ہوا) ایک چائے کا چمچ
۔دھنیا (پیسا ہوا) ایک چائے کا چمچ
۔میتھی ایک چائے کا چمچ
۔مکھن ایک چائے کا چمچ

ترکیب
تین سو گرام بھِنڈی کو کاٹ کر ایک برتن میں ڈال لیں۔پانی،نمک،ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ اور لیمن کا رس ملا کر دس سے پندرہ مِنٹ تک رکھ دیں۔ لیس ختم ہونے پر دھو کرچھان لیں ۔فرائی پین میں آئل ڈال کر بھنڈیوں کو پانچ مِنٹ تک ڈیپ فرائی کرلیں۔فرائی پین میں آئل ،پیازاور سفید زیرہ ڈال کر لائٹ براؤن ہونے تک فرائی کریں۔باریک کٹا ہوا ادرک لہسن ،ٹماٹر،ہری مرچ کٹی ہوئی،نمک،ہلدی،کُٹی ہوئی لال مرچ،سفید زیرہ پیساہوا، دھنیا پیساہوااور آدھا کپ پانی ڈال کر اچھی طرح بھُنائی کر لیں۔
لائٹ براؤن ہونے پر بھِنڈی،ہری مرچ کٹی ہوئی،ہرا دھنیا ،ادرک ، مکھن اور میتھی ڈال کر ہلا لیں۔آپکا بھِنڈی مصالحہ تیار ہے۔
