How to Make Easy Beef Stroganoff Recipe
- Pasta 150g
- Beef boneless (Julian cutting) 500g
- Water 4 Cup
- Salt as per taste
- Cooking Oil 4 tbsp
- Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
- Corn Flour 2 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
- Hot Water 1 ½ cup
- Onion half
- Mushroom 20 g
- Soy Sauce 1 ½ tbsp
- Maida 3 tbsp
- Cream 3 tbsp
- Parsley 5 g
1- In a pot, add water, salt, cooking oil, pasta and boil it.
2- In a bowl, add beef, cooking oil, salt, black pepper powder, corn flour, ginger garlic paste and mix it well.
3- Now keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
4- In a cooking pan, add cooking oil, garlic and fry until light brown.
5- After that, add marinated beef and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes.
6- Next, add hot water and steam it for 15 to 20 minutes.
7- Afterward, add onion, mushroom, black pepper powder, Maida and cook it for 3-4 minutes.
8- Now add cream and parsley.
Your tasty Beef Stroganoff now ready. Serve it with pasta.
