Mozzarella cheese as required

Oil 1 tbsp

Capsicum (chopped) 1/4 cup

Onion (chopped) 1/4 cup

Green chilies 1 tbsp

Oil for frying

Flour 2 cups

Salt 1/2 tsp

Carom seeds 1/4 tsp

Oil 2 tbsp

Water as required

In a bowl add all-purpose flour, salt, carom seeds, oil and mix it well.Gradually add water and knead medium soft dough. Rest it for 30 minutes.

In a pan heat oil, add capsicum, onion, green chilies and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.Then add K&N’s Fajita topping in it and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more.

Divide the prepared kachori dough into two equal parts.

Take one ball, flat it, brush with ghee and sprinkle flour in center.Fold it half way to center, brush ghee and sprinkle flour on top again. Repeat the same process.

Lastly fold it in a book shape, roll it out again and cut rectangular shapes.

Take one piece, top it with prepared K&N’s Fajita topping, mozzarella cheese and seal it like a ball again.Gently pat the kachori using a rolling pin or hands and deep fry in hot oil.

Fry on medium low flame until golden brown from both sides.

8 .

Serve fresh Fajita Kachori with ketchup and chili garlic sauce.

پھر کچوڑی ڈو کو دو برابر حصوں میں کاٹ لیں۔

اب ایک پیڑے کو بیل کر اس پر گھی لگائیں اور اس پر میدہ چھڑک کر درمیان سے فولڈ کرکے گھی لگائیں اور دوبارہ میدہ چھڑکیں۔پھر اسی عمل کو دوبارہ دہرائیں۔

اب اس کو کتا ب کی شکل میں فولڈ کریں اور چکور شکل میں کاٹ لیں۔

پھر ایک کچوڑی لیں اس پر ٖفجیتہ ٹوپنگ اور موزریلا چیز ڈال کر گول شکل میں بندکردیں۔

7 .

اب ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل گرم کریں اور درمیانی ہلکی آنچ پر لائٹ گولڈن براؤن ہونے تک کچوڑیاں فرائی کر لیں۔

8 .

فجیتا کچوری کیچپ یا چِلی سوس کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔
