Beef Korma Recipe
Ingredients for onion Paste:
1 & ½ cup Fried onion
½ cup Yogurt
3 Green cardamom
½ cup water
Ingredients:
1kg Beef
¾ cup Oil
2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp Whole spice
1 cup Yogurt
Water as required
Salt to taste
2 tsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
2 tbsp Ginger to garnish
1 tbsp Coriander to garnish
Directions:
- In a blender add yogurt, green cardamom, fried onion and water. Mix it well.
- Now heat the oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, sauté it, add whole spice & beef, mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes, add water, cover it with lid and let it
cook until beef tenders 90%. (Add water if required).
- Add yogurt, salt, red chili powder & coriander powder, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add onion paste mix it well, cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Cover the lid with & cook for 5 minutes on medium low flame.
- Sprinkle ginger and coriander and serve with Naan.

Chicken White Qorma
Ingredients
Method
In a pot, add and marinate chicken, ginger & garlic paste, salt, vinegar.
Keep in the refrigerator for an hour. After that wash it with water.
In a grinder, add onion, yogurt, milk, green chili and grind it.
In a cooking pot, add cooking oil, ginger & garlic paste, cumin, whole hot spices, marinated chicken, salt, white pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, grinded mixture and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Now add water and steam it for 5-7 minutes on low flame. After that add cream.
Your tasty Chicken White Qorma is ready to serve.

Hyderabadi Chicken Korma
Ingredients
600 gm Chicken
4 tbsp Cooking Oil
Salt as per taste
1 tbsp Turmeric
1 & 1/2 tbsp Red Chili Powder
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Onion
1 tsp Whole Cumin
2 Green Chilies
3 Green Cardamoms
3 Black Cardamoms
3 Tomatoes
1 tbsp Yogurt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Coriander Crushed
1/2 cup Chicken Stock
10 gm Plum
Green Chili, Green Coriander, Ginger (for garnishing)
Instructions for Hyderabadi Chicken Korma
1- In a bowl, add chicken, cooking oil, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and mix it well then keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2- In a cooking pan, add cooking oil, marinated chicken and deep fry for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
3- In another cooking pan, add cooking oil, onion, whole cumin, green chili, green cardamom, black cardamom, ginger garlic paste, tomato, yogurt, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander crushed and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4- Next, add chicken stock and steam it for 4-5 minutes.
5- Afterward, add plum, fried chicken, garnishing and cook for 3-4 minutes.
6- Next, add chicken stock and steam it for 2-3 minutes.
Your tasty Hyderabadi Chicken Korma now ready to serve.

Mutton Korma
Ingredients
- Half cup Cooking Oil
- 3 Onion
- 4 Cardamom
- 700g Mutton (lamb)
- 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- As per taste Salt
- 1-1/2 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 tbsp Whole Garam Masala
- 1 cup Yogurt
Cooking Method
1- In a pan, add cooking oil, onion and cook until light brown
2- Grind yogurt and cardamom
3- In another pan, add mutton, grinded paste and mix it, then keep in the refrigerator for an hour
4- In a pan, add cooking oil, ginger garlic paste and cook until light brown
5- Now, add mutton and cook for 2-3 minutes
6- Now, add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, whole garam masala and cook for 5 minutes
7- Now, grind fried onion, yogurt and add to it, then simmer for 30-35 minutes

Korma Masala mix Ingredients:
7 Green Cardamom
3 Black cardamom
3 Cinnamon sticks

Mutton Korma:
700g Mutton
2 tbsp Korma masala mix
2 & 1/2 tbsp Onion paste
1 cup Yogurt
1/2 cup Oil
Salt to taste
Directions:
To make korma masala mix:
Grind green cardamom, black pepper, black cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, salt, red chili powder (daighi), red chili powder, nutmeg, mace, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds and turmeric.
Then add black cardamom, bay leaf, green cardamom, black pepper and cloves in grinded masala and mix well.
Fry onion until golden brown and then make paste of it.
In a pan heat oil, add mutton, ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
Then add salt, yogurt, and korma masala mix in it.
Add one glass of hot water in it and mix well.
Let it cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
When meat gets tender, cook it well and add onion paste in it.
Cook it for some more time then add half cup water in it.
Cook it on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
Garnish it with coriander leaves and your dish is ready to serve.

Ingredients for achar masala:
1 tbsp Coriander seeds
1 tsp Fennel seeds
1 tbsp Cumin seeds

900g Mutton with bones
1/2 cup Oil
1 tsp Cumin seeds
4-5 Green chilies
1 tsp Nigella seeds
1 cup Tomatoes (chopped)

1 tbsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Turmeric
1 & 1/2 tbsp Achar masala
1 tsp Coriander powder

1 cup Yogurt
1 tbsp Coriander fresh

3-4 Green chilies (chopped)
Directions:
In a grinder add coriander seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds and grind well.
Achar masala is ready, set aside to use later.
In a pan heat oil, add onion, cumin seeds, green chilies and cook until light brown.
Then add ginger garlic paste, mutton and cook for 5 minutes.
Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, achar masala and nigella seeds.
Add, yogurt, tomatoes, and cook for 7 minutes.
Ad 2 ½ cup of water, cover and cook on low flame for 35 to 40 minutes or until tender.
Add tamarind, coriander chop, green chilies and cook for 5 minutes.

3-4 Boiled Onions (sliced shape)

Ingredients for White Badami Qorma:
1/2 Cup Cooking Oil
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Prepared Onion Paste (As Needed)
700 gm chicken
200 gm Nestle Milk Pack Yogurt
Salt (As Needed)

1. Add Cooking Oil in a pan in a pan, then add ginger garlic paste & fry for a while

Vegetable Korma Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cube K&N’s Stok
1 cup Carrots (diced)
1/2 cup Peas
1 cup Potatoes (diced)
1/2 cup Cauliflower
1/2 cup Oil
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 cup Onion (chopped)
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup Tomato puree
1 tbsp Tomato paste
1/2 cup Yogurt
2 tbsp Cream
Salt to taste
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Paprika
1 tbsp Red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 teaspoon garam masala
Green coriander for garnish
Directions:
Bring slightly salty water to boil then add chopped potatoes in it and boil for 5 to 6 minutes. Set aside.
In same water boil carrots for 5 minutes and set aside. Then boil peas for 5 minutes and set aside.
In a pan heat oil, add onion and cook until light golden brown. Add cumin, ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
Then add tomato puree, tomato paste, garam masala, salt, coriander powder, paprika, red chili powder and turmeric, yogurt and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then add K&N’s Stok and cauliflower, water as required and let it simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.
Then add boiled potatoes, peas and carrot, cream in the gravy and mix well.
Add half cup of water and cook it for 10 to 12 minutes on medium low flame.

Chicken Korma Bihari Style Recipe
Ingredients:
800g Chicken
1 cup Yogurt
Salt to taste
1/2 cup Brown onion paste
1 tbsp Cumin powder
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Saffron
1 tsp Cumin seeds
3 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 ½ tbsp Red chili powder
1/2 cup Oil
1 ½ tbsp green chili (chopped)
Green coriander (chopped) for garnish
Directions:
In a bowl mix yogurt, salt, saffron red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, green chili, 2 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste, and brown onion paste.
Marinate chicken in it for 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
In a pan heat oil add one tablespoon of ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds, marinated chicken in it and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Then add half cup water as and let it simmer on medium low flame for 15 to 20 minutes.
Add 1/4 cup water again and cook it for 5 to 6 minutes more and it’s ready.

Ingredients Onion paste:
1 cup Fried onion
3-4 tbsp Yogurt
8-10 Cashew
6-8 Almonds
1 tbsp Socked Poppy seeds
Oil 1/4 cup
1 tbsp whole spices
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp Cumin
550g Chicken
1 large Tomatoes chopped
3-4 Green chilies chopped
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Red chili powder
1/2 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tbsp Turmeric
1 tbsp Chaat masala
1/4 cup Water
3/4 cup Yogurt
2 tbsp Coriander leaves
1 tbsp Garam Masala
Few strands Saffron
Instructions:
In a blender add yogurt, poppy seeds, almonds, fried onion, cashew and blend it well. Keep aside.
In a pan heat oil, add whole spices, cumin and ginger garlic paste, sauté it.
Add chicken and cook for 4-5 mins.
Add tomatoes and green chilies and cook for 2-3 mins.
Add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, chat masala and cook until tomatoes get tender.
Add yogurt and cook until oil separates.
Add onion paste and mix it well, add water, cover the lid and cook until chicken gets tender.
